About 206 Tacos

Why we exist

We traded dining-room square footage for better ingredients and quicker hand-offs. Tortillas are pressed to order, birria cooks overnight, and salsas are blended warm every shift so the food that lands on your doorstep tastes as if you ordered it across the counter.

How we work

  • Press tortilla → build taco → box it 
  • Curbside pickup in roughly ten; app delivery in twenty-ish
  • Open daily 9am to 10pm and until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturdays for Capitol Hill’s night shift and bar crowd

What we value

Capitol Hill’s inclusive energy shapes everything: Pride sponsorships, late-night nurse discounts, and a staff that mirrors the neighborhood we serve.

The result

Street-taco flavour, restaurant-grade consistency, and service tuned for people who’d rather enjoy food where they live, work, or celebrate—no table required.

Who we are

206 Tacos is run by Seattle restaurant entrepreneurs Eduardo Martinez and Fabian Rodríguez—long-time partners who turned a single food truck into a small portfolio of taco-focused kitchens across the city.
